Tasks
- Du übernimmst die technische und organisatorische Leitung von Teilprojekten sowie der Konstruktion in Prototypen- und Serienprojekten und steuerst die Baugruppenverantwortlichen
- Du entwickelst Hochvoltspeicherbatterien, Elektromotoren, Antriebsmodule, Umrichter oder Brennstoffzellen inklusive der zugehörigen mechanischen Komponenten
- Du übernimmst die Entscheidung für und das Entwicklungsmanagement entstehender konstruktiver Lösungen
- Du stimmst Dich mit Lieferanten, Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen ab
- Du übernimmst die Leitung der sowie die konstruktive Unterstützung während der Prototypenmontage, Inbetriebnahme, Erprobung und Rückläuferbetreuung
- Die tägliche enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung gehört auch zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der Präsentation von Projektergebnissen
- Bei Bedarf übernimmst Du die Betreuung von Angebotsvorgängen und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Prozeduren und Standards
Qualification
- Du hast ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise im Maschinenbau oder der Mechatronik, abgeschlossen
- Du besitzt mindestens fünf Jahre signifikante Berufserfahrung als Detailkonstrukteur (m/w/d), mindestens in der mittleren Bauteilkomplexität, sowie in der Organisation von Detailkonstruktion und Personalführung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kreativität, Sorgfalt und technischem Verständnis mit
- Eine hohe Teamorientierung, aber auch eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, zeichnen Dich aus
