Tasks
- Du übernimmst die organisatorische und fachliche Leitung des Teams "Boosting & Special Measurements"
- Du beschäftigst dich mit Aufgaben innerhalb der Themenfelder Turboaufladung, Mechanikentwicklung, sowie der Spezialmesstechnik
- Du erstellst Angebote, Präsentationen und Vorträge zur Sicherstellung der Auslastung im Team
- Du übernimmst in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung die Verantwortung der Projekte hinsichtlich ihrer Qualität und Ressourcennutzung sowie der Kosten und Fristen
- Du priorisierst die anstehenden Projekte auf den zwei FEV Heißgasprüfständen und planst die Auslastung von drei Gewerblichen und fünf Ingenieuren
- Du arbeitest standortübergreifend im Fachbereich
Qualification
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Turbolader, Mechanik von Verbrennungsmotoren, sowie Prüfstandstechnik
- Weiterhin hast du mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich der Turboaufladung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Projekten und der Erschließung neuer Geschäftsbereiche/Ideen
- Deine Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift sowie deine MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind als gut einzustufen
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Deine Persönlichkeit ist geprägt durch dein verantwortungsbewusstes, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Du besitzt eine starke Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Du bist äußerst kommunikationsfähig, hast ein hervorragendes Urteilsvermögen sowie ein sympathisches Auftreten
