Tasks
- Du bist zuständig für die juristische Betreuung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgänge und die Beratung der Führungskräfte, insbesondere in Fragen des Arbeits- und Mitbestimmungsrechts
- Du erstellst, prüfst und verhandelst nationale sowie internationale Verträge
- Du begleitest Verhandlungen zum Abschluss betrieblicher Regelungen
- Du entwickelst personalpolitische Strategien unter Berücksichtigung arbeitsrechtlicher Aspekte
Qualification
- Du bist Volljurist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht
- Du bist Fachanwalt (m/w/d) für Arbeitsrecht oder hast den Fachanwaltslehrgang für Arbeitsrecht absolviert
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt eine große Dienstleistungs- und Beratungskompetenz
- Du zeichnest dich durch dein diplomatisches Geschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen in Verhandlungen aus
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Arbeitnehmergremien mit
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
