Tasks
- Du übernimmst die Funktion als SAP Global Key User OTC (m/w/d) in unserer Service Gesellschaft und erbringst den Service an unsere Gesellschaften
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Usern sowie SAP Lokal Key Usern (m/w/d) zusammen
- Du unterstützt unsere Gesellschaften in allen SAP OTC fragen
- Du analysierst die aktuellen Prozesse, nimmst Fehler auf und führst, in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT , Verbesserungen durch
- Du nimmst die Prozessanforderungen der Gesellschaften auf und findest die beste Lösung für die FEV Gruppe
- Du erarbeitest Schulungen für die Lokal Key User und führst diese selbstständig durch
- Du arbeitest bei Migration und Testing von neuen Gesellschaften bei der S4 Hana Einführung mit
Qualification
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP OTC und SAP PS mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnise in MS Office 365
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Prozesse und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Du hast Verständnis für die Belange der Projektleiter
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Mensch und arbeitest zielorientiert und strukturiert
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit aus
