Tasks
- Du analysierst Arbeitsprozesse, um die Dokumentenarbeit im Unternehmen zu optimieren und automatisieren
- Du erarbeitest die Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten mittels Python, Knime oder ähnlichem, bei Bedarf auch in Form eines Belegs/einer Abschlussarbeit
- Du erstellst Funktionssammlungen oder kleine Schulungen zur effizienten Nutzung von Tools und Programmen, um Projektdaten und -prozesse zu visualisieren
- Du führst unter Anleitung Reviews von Dokumenten sicherheitsrelevanter Funktionen durch
Qualification
- Du bist immatrikuliert in einem MINT-Studiengang, vorzugsweise Fahrzeugtechnik, Verkehrsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office mit
- Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und findest gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitenden Automatisierungspotenzial
- Du hast Spaß daran, Präsentationen und Schulungen zu halten und stehst unseren Mitarbeitenden als Ansprechpartner für Prozessoptimierung zu Verfügung
- Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
