Tasks
- You'll be placed within the battery system engineering team at FEV which focuses on developing battery system solutions from cell and concept selection into series production.
- You develop battery system engineering in customer projects mainly focusing on automotive and stationary battery storages
- You choose choosing appropriate battery cells fitting to customer requirements
- You calculate calculating high-level battery requirements (voltage levels, currents, power availability, energy, ...)
- You elicitate and develop battery system requirements in close discussion with customers
- You collaborate closely with simulation, design, electrical development teams and project and requirements management
Qualification
- You have several years experience in battery development in either industry or university institute which is close to industry
- You have Profound knowledge on the components of automotive traction batteries
- You have gained First experience in development processes
- You use proficient MS Office
- You have gained experience in requirements management processes
- You are a fast learner and have a independent working habit
- You works well in a team and be flexible
