Tasks
- Fachliche, organisatorische und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams
- Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Prüffeld- und Prüfstandplanung/-beratung mit dem Schwerpunkt Automotive (z.B. Antriebssysteme, Batterie, Brennstoffzelle etc.)
- Fachliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs von Projekten aus dem Bereich Prüffeld- und Prüfstandplanung/-beratung von der Angebotsphase bis zur Auftragserteilung
- Fachliche Unterstützung interner Abteilungen
- Eigenständige Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Definition der technischen Umsetzung sowie technische und finanzielle Klärung mit Lieferanten, Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen für Angebotsanfragen
- Erschließung neuer Technologien und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Tools
- Überwachung und Einforderung von zeitlichen, finanziellen und qualitativen Zielen in den Projekten
Qualification
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. eine weiterführende technische Ausbildung aus den Bereichen Energietechnik, Planung und Errichtung technischer Gebäudeausstattung, Prüffeldplanung/-bau, Anlagenplanung/-bau
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in fachbezogener Software (z. B. Linear, Revit, AutoCAD, Solid Works, Navis etc.)
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Qualitätsorientierte, strukturierte und betriebswirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientierung, aber auch selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Prozessorientierung und hohe Auffassungsgabe, d. h. Sie erkennen schnell systematische Schwächen in Arbeitsabläufen sowie vorbereitenden und nachrangigen Prozessschritten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen sowie der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
