Tasks
- Du bist für mechanische und thermische Simulationen von Batteriesystemen und E-Drive zuständig
- Du führst komplexe numerische Simulationen mithilfe von FE-Simulationsmethoden durch
- Du analysierst, validierst und optimierst konstruktive Lösungen mit 2D- und 3D-Ansätzen
- Du führst Festigkeitsanalysen von elektrischen Komponenten durch
- Thermoelektrische Simulationen von elektrischen Komponenten sind ebenfalls Teil deiner Aufgaben
- Du optimierst den Stromleitfaden
- Du passt existierende Lösungsansätze zur Analyse und Auswertung der Batteriesysteme an und entwickelst neue Lösungsansätze
- Du dokumentierst und präsentierst Berechnungsergebnisse
- Du arbeitest eng mit allen beteiligten Entwicklungsabteilungen, Kunden und Lieferanten zusammen
Qualification
- Du hast ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik, erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in thermischer und mechanischer Simulation
- Du bringst Erfahrung in SIMULIA Abaqus, Ansys Workbench, COMSOL, HyperMesh, ANSA und FEMFAT mit
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in MATLAB, Simulink und Python
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Du arbeitest effizient, zielorientiert und bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kreativität, Sorgfalt und technischem Verständnis mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamorientierung, aber auch eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
- Du überzeugst mit sicherem Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke und scheust nicht vor neuen Themen- und Aufgabengebieten zurück
