Tasks
- Innerhalb von Projekten steuerst Du in- und externe Projektteams und nimmst deren Ergebnisse ab
- Du präsentierst Projektergebnisse
- Du bist für die Leistungsabnahmen durch Kunden verantwortlich
- Du beobachtest neue Methoden und Technologien im Entwicklungsumfeld
- Du entwickelst bestehende Prozesse weiter
- Du leitest neue Mitarbeiter fachlich an
Qualification
- Du verfügst über einen Studienabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung elektrischer Antriebe
- Du bringst sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Testkoordination mit
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Koordination und fachliche Anleitung eines Projektteams sammeln
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
