Tasks
- Du bist die Assistenz (m/w/d) des Managements / Projektleitung / Projektassistent
- Du unterstützt aktiv in allen Bereichen des Projekts, z. B. Projekt PM Gate Überwachung und Pflege, aktuellen Stand berichten sowie E-Mail-Erinnerungen an Projektleiter
- Du erstellst Bestellanforderungen (BANF) und verfolgst diese mit den Fachabteilungen nach
- Du pflegst Projektdaten in SAP ein z. B. Kostenbudgets, Rechnungsstellung
- Du erstellst und pflegst Projekt- und Abteilungsdokumente
- Du übernimmst die Moderation und Koordination von Meetings nach Bedarf
Qualification
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieur, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut
- Du verfügst über gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Du bist motiviert und arbeitest gerne im Team, erkennst dich aber auch in einer selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise wieder
