Your Tasks
- Entwicklung und werkzeuggerechte Konstruktion für Thermomanagement-Systeme wie Batteriekühlung, Wärmepumpe und konventionelle Kältemittel nach geltenden Normen und Kundenvorgaben
- Ansprechpartner in den Themen Klimakreisläufe, Wasserkreisläufe für Hybridfahrzeuge, Elektrofahrzeuge und konventionelle Fahrzeuge
- Umsetzung der Konstruktionsdaten in der CAD-Software CATIA V5
- Konstruktion von Motorraumbauteilen aus Kunststoff, Elastomeren und Blech
- Projektkoordination der Entwicklungsumfänge mit Blick auf Kosten, Qualität und Terminvorgaben
- Erstellung von Package-Richtlinien im Bereich Vorderwagen
- Abstimmung von Freigabe- und Änderungsprozessen unter Beachtung der termingerechten Projektumsetzung
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Mechanik Entwicklung, Prüfstand, Applikation, Beschaffung, Produktion und der Qualitätssicherung
- Auswertung, Dokumentation und Vorstellung der Projektergebnisse vor dem Kunden
- Datenmanagement und Datentransfer mit dem firmeneigenen und kundenspezifischen PDM-System
Your qualification
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Ingenieur/Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Thermal Systems/Klimatisierung, idealerweise auch mit Elektrofahrzeugen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CATIA V5, Creo Elements ist wünschenswert
- Vertrauter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Motivation, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Prozess- und Tool Erfahrung beim Ingolstädter OEM wäre ein großer Vorteil
