Your Tasks
- Bauteil- und/oder Systemverantwortung vom Konzept bis zur Serienentwicklung im Bereich Rohbau, Türen und Klappen
- Auslegung der Bauteile unter Berücksichtigung von Herstellbarkeit, Fügbarkeit / Fügefolge und des Korrosionsschutzes.
- Verantwortung für den Entwicklungs- und Absicherungsterminplan, Steuerung aller Schnittstellen und aller internen und externen Lieferanten
- Einhaltung aller Funktions-, Kosten-, Gewichts-, Termin-,Homologations- und Qualitätsziele
- Unterstützung/Support der kundenspezifischen Freigabeprozesse wie Stückliste, DMU und Freigabetools
- Betreuung und Leitung des Entwicklungsteams
- Übernahme der Projektdokumentation und des Reportings
Your qualification
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte mehrjährige Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Fügetechnik sowie Materialien im Karosseriebau und Korrosionsschutz
- Erfahrung im Fachbereich und in den OEM-Prozessen sowie ein gutes Verständnis und Überblick des Gesamtfahrzeugs
- Fachkenntnisse in der Entwicklung im Bereich Automobilrohbau bzw. Türen und Klappen
- Know-how in der Anwendung von Entwicklungstools sowie Kenntnisse in CAD-Systemen wie CATIA V5, Siemens NX oder Creo
- Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
