Your tasks
- Einbau und Inbetriebnahme von Li-Ionen Speichersystemen im Prüfstand sowie die Validierung von Messtechnik
- Durchführung von Prüfuntersuchungen an Li-Ionen Zellmodulen und Gesamtsystemen in Sicherheitsräumen (Dauerlauf-, Mechanik-, und Umweltuntersuchungen)
- Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen aus internationalen Normen und Standards
- Auswertung von Messergebnissen und Erstellung von Test- und Prüflaufsberichten
- Dokumentation von Prüflingen nach dem Prüfstandslauf
- Reparatur, Wartung und Reinigung von Prüfaufbauten und Testräumen
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker, Instandhaltungs-/ Konstruktionsmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Routine bei mechanischen, und vor allem elektrischen Arbeiten, z. B. Schrauben, Bohren, Löten usw.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Li-Ionen Batterien von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
- Sicherheit in der Bedienung von EDV-Systemen
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Messtechnik und CAN-Kommunikation
