Tasks
- Bearbeitung des Posteingangs
- Empfang von Besuchern am Standort Osnabrück
- Telefonkorrespondenz
- Vorbereitende Buchhaltung
- Ablage von Dokumenten und Unterlagen in unserem manuellen und digitalen Ablagesystem
- Vorbereitung von Kundenmeetings und externen Audits
Qualification
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen mit vorbereitender Buchhaltung
- Du pflegst einen professionellen Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Du hast Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse in der Abteilung
