Your tasks
- Erstbegutachtung und Vorbereitung von HV-Batterien für Prüfstandsuntersuchungen
- Inbetriebnahme von Speichersystemen im Prüfstand und Validierung der Messtechnik
- Durchführung diverser Prüfuntersuchungen (Dauerlauf-, Mechanik- und Umweltuntersuchungen) an Batteriemodulen und Gesamtsystemen in Sicherheitsräumen
- Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen entsprechend internationaler Normen und Standards
- Fehlersuche, Dokumentation und Reparatur bei Auffälligkeiten an Testobjekt und Prüftechnik
- Auswertung von Messergebnissen
- Befundung und Dokumentation von Prüflingen nach Testende
Your qualification
- Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik o. ä.; alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d)
- Idealerweise HV-Ausbildung für Arbeiten unter Spannung
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Li-Ionen Batterien
- Know-how in Messtechnik und CAN-Kommunikation
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Qualitätsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
