Your tasks
- Aufbau und Vorbereitung verschiedener Batterie-Speichersysteme von Elektrofahrzeugen für Missbrauchsuntersuchungen
- Einbau und Inbetriebnahme von Li-Ionen Speichersystemen im Prüfstand und Validierung der Messtechnik
- Durchführung von Missbrauchsuntersuchungen an Li-Ionen Zellmodulen und Gesamtsystemen in Sicherheitsräumen
- Feuerbeständigkeitstests
- Quetsch-/Fall-/Einschlag- und Drucktests
- Propagationstests
- Überladungstests
- Interne und externe Kurzschlusstests
- Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Test- und Sicherheitsanforderungen aus internationalen Normen und Standards
- Auswertung von Messergebnissen und Erstellung von Testberichten
- Reparatur, Wartung und Reinigung von Prüfaufbauten sowie von Test- und Sicherheitsräumen
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Instandhaltungs- oder Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Li-Ionen Batterien
- Sicherer Umgang mit mechanischen und elektrischen Arbeiten, z. B. Schrauben, Bohren, Löten usw.
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Qualitätsorientierte sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausbildung für Arbeiten unter Spannung etc. ist von Vorteil
