Tasks
- Du bist zuständig für die Bauteilverantwortung und Teilprojektleitung für Komponenten des elektrischen Antriebs in Automotive Applikationen (Motorrad, PKW, On-/Offroad NFZ)
- Du beschäftigst Dich mit der Steuerung von Entwicklungsumfängen mit Schwerpunkt E/E-Integration sowie Softwareentwicklung und Absicherung
- Du betreust die Anforderungsentwicklung sowie Abstimmung und Klärung mit Lieferanten und Kunden
- Du bist für die Sicherstellung des technischen Fortschritts im Projekt, der Einhaltung des Projektterminplans sowie der Erfüllung des geforderten Produktreifegrads verantwortlich
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung und Begleitung von Lieferanten insbesondere hinsichtlich der Spezifikation sowie Tests und Validierung von Produkten
- Du bist zuständig für die Durchführung des Risiko- und Änderungsmanagement
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Absicherungsaktivitäten (DV)
Qualification
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement bzw. Projektleitung, Systemintegration oder Lieferantensteuerung für Automotive-Projekte
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Fahrzeugantriebe insbesondere elektrifizierte Antriebskonzepte, Hochvoltkomponenten und/oder E/E Systeme und konntest bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Entwicklungsprozessen der OEMs sammeln
- Du bringst Fachkenntnisse im Bereich des Anforderungsmanagements (z. B. DOORS, Polarion, Magic, InSTEP) sowie CAD-Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und PTC Creo mit
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und bringst sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse mit
- Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten und verfügst über Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit mit
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kreativität, Sorgfalt und technischem Verständnis
