- ... pflegst die Systeme und Datenbanken zur Steuerung der einzelnen Varianten
- ... bist der Support bei Anfragen nach Datenständen, zur Steuerung der Varianten oder zur Systempflege
- ... übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Fachabteilungen und getriebe- und fahrzeugbauenden Werken
- ... unterstützt bei der Terminplanung der Freigabephasen und verfolgst Terminpläne und Meilensteine
- ... bietest Unterstützung bei der Problemanalyse von Kundendienstlösungen
Your qualification
Du bringst Dich bei uns ein durch...
- ... eine Ausbildung im technischen Bereich
- ... Deine Erfahrungen in der technischen Sachbearbeitung innerhalb der Automobilbranche
- ... Kenntnisse der Kunden-Prozesswelt (u.a. PEP, System 42 und Powertrain 42)
- ... die Fähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden die passenden Worte zu finden
