Tasks
- In dieser Position bist Du für die technische und organisatorische Konstruktionsleitung von Prototypen- und Serienprojekten mit ca. zehn Konstrukteuren verantwortlich
- Dabei steuerst Du die Konstruktionsleitung zu Hochvoltspeicherbatterien inklusive der zugehörigen mechanischen Komponenten
- Du leitest die baugruppenverantwortlichen Senior Lead Konstrukteure an und führst das Entscheidungs- und Entwicklungsmanagement der entstehenden Lösungen
- Du übernimmst die Leitung der konstruktive Unterstützung während der Prototypenmontage, Inbetriebnahme, Erprobung und Rückläuferbetreuung
- Du stimmst Projekte mit dem Kunden ab und stehst im engen Austausch mit der Abteilungsleitung
- Außerdem unterstützt Du bei der Präsentationen von Projektergebnissen, betreust Angebotsvorgänge und hilfst bei der Entwicklung von Prozeduren und Standards
Qualification
- Du hast ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium im Maschinenbau abgeschlossenes
- Außerdem verfügst Du über mehrjährige signifikante Berufserfahrung als Detailkonstrukteur (m/w/d); mindestens mittlere Bauteilkomplexität
- Als Konstruktionsleitung hast Du ebenfalls mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Du hast sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind verhandlungssicher
- Des Weiteren verfügst Du über ein sicheres Auftreten und bist kommunikationsstark
- Dich zeichnet ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kreativität, Sorgfalt und technischem Verständnis aus
- Teamorientierung, aber auch selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sind für Dich selbstverständlich
