Tasks
- Bearbeitung und Unterstützung von kaufmännischen Vorgängen in den Bereichen HR, Controlling und Marketing
- Unterstützung und Vorbereitung von externen Audits im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und Nachhaltigkeit
- Gestaltung, Implementation und Nachhalten von Geschäftsprozessen und Richtlinien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stabstellen
- Unterstützung von Projekt- und Teamleitern im Bereich Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Projekten
- Planung und Organisation von Firmenevents im Eventteam
Qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Organisations-, Prozess- und Projektmanagement
- Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit und Sorgfalt
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstark
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
