Tasks
- Übernahme der Funktionsverantwortung vom Konzept bis zur Serie im Bereich Sitzerstellung
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Entwicklungs- und Absicherungsterminplan
- Steuerung aller Schnittstellen zu internen und externen Lieferanten
- Einhaltung aller Funktions-, Kosten-, Gewichts-, Termin-, Homologations- und Qualitätsziele
- Unterstützung/Support der kundenspezifischen Freigabeprozesse
- Leitungsfunktion für das Entwicklungsteam
Qualification
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Fachbereich und in OEM-Prozessen sowie gutes Verständnis für Gesamtfahrzeuganforderungen
- Kenntnisse der Funktionsmodellierung gemäß Systems-Engineering-Ansatz
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Fahrzeugsitzen und Rückhaltesystemen wünschenswert
- Know-how im Bereich Insassensicherheit und Ergonomie wünschenswert
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Funktionsanforderungen an autonome Fahrzeuge sowie im Bereich Bordnetz und E/E-Architektur
- Fähigkeiten im Bereich Software- und HiL-Testing von Vorteil
- Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
