Your tasks
Das Team beschäftigt sich kontinuierlich mit den anspruchsvollen Aufgaben, die heute an Sitzanlagen gestellt werden. Dabei spielt das Interesse an der Optimierung der Ergonomie und Komforteigenschaften von Fahrzeugen eine entscheidende Rolle.
Was erwartet dich bei uns?
- Konzeptauslegung, Entwicklung und werkzeuggerechte Konstruktion der Bauteile und Komponenten im Bereich Sitzentwicklung und/oder automobiler Rückhaltesysteme mit den Schwerpunkten Konstruktion und Versuchsabsicherung
- Bearbeitung und Simulation von kinematischen Mechanismen
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Erreichung von Technik-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
- Betreuung der Kunden, Erstellung von Präsentationen und Vorstellung der Ergebnisse im Projektgeschäft
- Umsetzung technischer Standards hinsichtlich Werkstoff, Fertigungstechnik, Umweltaspekt
Your qualification
Was bringst du mit?
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Ingenieur/Techniker (m/w/d) aus dem Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Konstruktionstechnik ODER eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sitzentwicklung, Sitztechnik, Sitzanlagen und/oder Rückhaltesystemen
- Kenntnisse mit der CAD-Software CATIA V5
- Vertrauter Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen und Präsentationsmethoden
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes räumliches Verständnis
- Eigenverantwortliche, systematische und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Motivation, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und überzeugendes Auftreten
