Tasks

  • You are responsible for the support, adaptation and design of the collaboration tools (Microsoft M365 tools, Mural, FlexDesk tool) for internal company collaboration
  • You clarify requirements for the systems, workflows and processes
  • You create solution proposals and ensure implementation and integration within the framework of implementation projects, taking interfaces, add-ons or extensions into account.
  • You provide support in case of errors or application problems, also within the scope of 3rd level support
  • You create and maintain documentation and ensure a structured handover to 1st and 2nd level support
  • You test and evaluate applications from the perspective of IT security and the DSGVO

Qualification

  • You have successfully completed a degree in the field of (business) informatics or similar or can demonstrate comparable training with first work experience in the relevant field of activity
  • You have experience in requirement analysis and conception of IT solutions
  • You have good knowledge in the field of collaboration applications and Microsoft M365 
  • You have already gained some experience in the implementation of collaboration solutions
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • You ideally have knowledge of Atlassian products and in the area of IT service management and ITIL certification
  • You have good communication skills, are quick on the uptake and work independently
