What you will do:

  • Manage and improve the company procurement process and ensure alignment with group policies on this matter;
  • Elaborate an annual plan of acquisitions and implement strategies and actions to ensure the best quality-price ratio purchases according to the needs of the company
  • Communicates with suppliers about product/service information (prices, availability, delivery terms, etc);
  • Request quotes, review offers, negotiate contracts and select the best offer according to company needs
  • Review contracts with suppliers, terms and conditions of fulfilment;
  • Responsible for the quality and quantity of products purchased in accordance with the specifications required;
  • Ensure acquisitions are in line with the plan and signal all purchases not planned
  • Manage relationship and evaluate suppliers, and keep close contact with them in order to ensure a long term mutually beneficial collaboration
  • Manages administrative aspects with the landlord and FEV building renters
  • Responsible for obtaining the operating authorizations FEV ECE Automotive SRL
  • Designing, delivering and coordinating efficient employer branding and marketing campaignes
  • Monitor market conditions for the important items in company purchasing plan and if market conditions change assess situation and propose counter-measures
  • Manage and improve the company contract management process;
  • Support and consultancy on purchasing ERP implementation
  • Providing support on local administrative processes (protocol, travel, office administration


Job requirements:

  • University degree
  • Working experience in purchasing of at least 1 year
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Details oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and results oriented
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • English skills – medium/advanced
