Tasks
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Emissionierung in anspruchsvollen Otto- & Hybridmotoren Projekten
- Budgetverantwortung
- Personalplanung und fachliche Personalführung
- Akquise neuer Projektumfänge
- Entwicklung von neuen Konzepten und Applikationsfunktionen in Abstimmung mit Emissionierung Funktionen (z.B. Lambdasonden, Katalysator, Misfire etc.)
- Unterstützung von neuen Konzepten und Diagnosefunktionen in Hinblick auf die Erfüllung von zukünftigen Gesetzgebungen
- Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Versuchsfahrten
Qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Applikation inkl. Projekt- und Budgetverantwortung
- Idealweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines Teams
- Erfahrung in der Abstimmung von emissionsrelevanten Funktionen
- Kenntnis von Entwicklungsprozessen in der Automobilbranche
- Ausgeprägtes Fachwissen und Systemverständnis von Ottomotoren
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Reisebereitschaft (z. B. Akquisetermine, Versuchsfahrten)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
