FEV Polska Sp. z o.o. as a part of the FEV Group - an international research and development company - provides complete solutions in the field of drive systems, supporting leading vehicle manufacturers and other means of transport. We specialize in the comprehensive development of diesel, hybrid and electric drives. We develop software that controls the operation of the drive (engine, gearbox, batteries) and supports the driver (ADAS systems). We provide braking systems and software for testing drive systems. We actively participate in shaping the future of the automotive industry.

Your Tasks

  • FEM simulations in the area of strength and acoustics (focus) for individual components up to the overall car body
  • Construction of models
  • Setting up load cases
  • Simulation of vehicle components, systems up to the complete vehicle
  • Analysis of results and development of solution proposals
  • Communication with internal and external customers

Your qualification

  • Technical education background
  • Experience in the field of vehicle development and/or vehicle design
  • Experience in model design, calculation and post-processing, especially in the field of strength calculation and acoustics (focus on acoustics)
  • Basic knowledge of the tools Abaqus or Nastran, FEM-FAT or nCode, Ansa or Hypermesh is desirable.
  • Experience in the programming languages Matlab and Python would be an advantage
  • Good English skills
