  • You are the central and global contact person for IT systems in the area of purchasing, primarily you are responsible for an "online supplier portal" as global system admin
  • You are also coordinator in purchasing for e-tools such as "e-catalogs", "e-biddings" or "e-auctions"
  • You act as an interface between Purchasing and the FEV departments (e.g. for IT & SAP teams)
  • You train and support FEV employees worldwide regarding all topics and functionalities from the "Online Supplier Portal" as well as e-tools in Purchasing 
  • You are the first point of contact with suppliers (1st level support) when it comes to the "Online Supplier Portal"
  • You support release changes of IT systems in global purchasing
  • You assign access authorisations within the framework of the supported IT systems 
  • You create and manage global guidelines regarding e-tools and the "Online Supplier Portal" 
  • You moderate worldwide workshops and staff training for "e-tools" and "online supplier portal"


  • You have successfully completed a degree (business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, etc.) or have a comparable qualification 
  • You have initial work experience in a comparable position in the purchasing environment
  • You have initial experience in the area of e-procurement and data management
  • You have a good understanding of general purchasing processes as well as "source-to-pay" business processes and their implementation in an online supplier portal
  • You have good knowledge of BI tools, MS Teams and MS Office package
  • Your German and English language skills are C1 (spoken and written)
  • You have a high affinity for business intelligence systems such as BI tools and SharePoint solutions and data analysis
  • You have very strong communication skills in terms of moderation and training on a global level
  • A reliable and self-reliant way of working rounds off your profile
