Many products around the vehicle drive offer "highly exciting" tasks! Classic vehicle calibration meets state-of-the-art development methodology here. These combine sustainability and high product diversity paired with real development scenarios within series development programmes. We would like to recruit you for our team and entrust you with the following tasks:

  • You will develop and calibrate the hybrid powertrains of tomorrow for global drivability and performance requirements
  • You will use our modern test facilities for vehicle and powertrain development as well as highly efficient simulation-based methods and tools
  • In addition, development and testing in the context of worldwide test drives will be part of your task
  • You will have the opportunity to develop project contents and methods and to present them internally as well as to the customer
  • You will work in a motivated and experienced team with development opportunities in a flexible environment of different drive types and topologies and vehicle types from a wide range of global manufacturers


  • You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have an interest in the areas of drivability and motor sports 
  • You have a valid BE driving licence and corresponding driving experience
  • You have a fundamental interest in modern vehicle drives
  • Ideally, you have some experience in working with application software and hardware (e.g. ETAS-Inca) as well as an interest in electronic engine management
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English, a good command of German or are willing to develop your German language skills
  • You have a high level of initiative/motivation and enjoy working in a team 
  • You bring flexibility and a high level of commitment with you
  • You welcome constant exposure to new topics and content
