Tasks

  • Requirements deviation for communication from vehicle level requirements to component level
  • Coordination of technical teams in a world wide co-operation incl. sub contract handling
  • Modeling of in vehicle network in PREEvision
  • Setup and maintenance of vehicle communication description files (*.dbc, *.arxml, etc.)
  • Hardware programming (e.g. PHY on FPGA, Gateway)
  • Hands-on activities: measurements, calibration, debugging, etc. 

Qualification

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
  • Highly organized, with solid time management skills and acute attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Deep knowledge in vehicle communication systems, PHY, ISO-OSI 
  • Strong skills on FPGA programming and VECTOR Tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of German and English language as well as excellent presentation skills
