  • Organisation und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen
  • Visitenkarten erfassen / CRM-Daten überarbeiten
  • Erstellung von Tabellen und Listen
  • Unterstützung bei Bewirtungen und Betreuung von großen Meetings
  • VISA-und ESTA-Beantragungen
  • Rechnungsbearbeitung
  • Bestellanforderungen in IFS anlegen (künftig SAP)
  • Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Allgemeine Zuarbeit im Sekretariat


  • Kaufmännische Vorbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Kenntnisse in CRM Dynamics von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Effizienz, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
