Your Tasks
- Fachliche sowie disziplinarische Leitung des 20-köpfigen Teams mit zusätzlicher Fach- und Qualitätssicherungsverantwortung
- Verbindungsperson für Kunden im Bereich der Funktionalen Sicherheit
- Abstimmung von FuSi-Aktivitäten bei Übernahme von Komponenten und Unterstützung bei angrenzenden Gewerken
- Optimierung der Prozesse im Bereich der Funktionalen Sicherheit, Funktionsentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung nach ISO26262
- Budgetüberwachung, Angebotserstellung und sowie regelmäßige Statusberichte mit der dazugehörigen Berichtserstellung
- Unterstützung in operativen Kundenprojekten sowie bei der Projektplanung
Your qualification
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Ausgeprägtes Fachwissen und Systemverständnis in aktuellen Antriebskonzepten
- Know-how im Bereich der funktionalen Sicherheit nach ISO26262 sowie beim Testen von sicherheitsrelevanter Software
- Kenntnisse in der Projekt- und Personalplanung
- Führerschein der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Jira/Confluence und Fahrzeugvernetzung
