Tasks

  • Execution of security related activities within automotive software development projects, ranging from definition of security targets, risk/threat modeling, and implementation
  • Specification of security related requirements for automotive controllers, including both hardware and (basic) software related requirements
  • Design, implementation and verification of security related software components mainly using (embedded) C
  • Handling of suppliers with respect to timing, deliverables, quality etc.
  • Technical discussions with customer and suppliers of security related topics
  • Definition of security-related software development processes and introduction of these into the organization

Qualification

  • Finished studies of computer science or electrical engineering or any other comparable academic studies
  • First experience with respect to digital security, e.g. in IT
  • A good understanding of security-related development principles like trust boundaries and related processes
  • Familiarity with the automotive security standard ISO 21434 and ideally requirements definition and TARA
  • Basic knowledge of security-related standards, ideally from both automotive and non-automotive industry
  • A sound knowledge of C or experience in software tools like Matlab/Simulink and code generators is a plus
  • Ideally you are experienced with automotive basic software stacks incl. connectivity related features
  • Excellent English language skills written and spoken, knowledge of German is beneficial
  • High degree of flexibility and innovation capability under tough conditions
  • Teamwork in international and global teams is one of your strong points as is also autonomous and responsible operation
