Your tasks

  • Assistenzaufgaben zur Unterstützung der Niederlassungsleitung
  • Schnittstellen- und Koordinationsfunktion                                                                            
  • Unterstützung bei den Themen Mitarbeiter, Gebäude und Sicherheit 
  • (Projekt)bestellungen, Rechnungsfreigaben             
  • Planung von Kundenterminen, Workshops und Niederlassungs-Events
  • Organisation des Termin-, Telefon- und Besuchsmanagements
  • Reiseplanungen und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen      
  • Verwalten der Kundendatenbank
  • Allgemeine Administrations- und Organisationsaufgaben

Your qualification

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gute Englisch- sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Begeisterung an der Automobilbranche
