Your Tasks
- Verantwortung für den Scrum-Prozess
- Aktive Organisation und Moderation der Scrum-Rituale (Review, Retro, Planning, Refinement, Dailies)
- Betreuung von 2-3 Software-Entwicklungsteams Hindernisse für die Teams identifizieren und beseitigen
- Vorleben von agilen Werten
- Entwicklung der Teammitglieder zu Selbstorganisation und funktionsübergreifender Teamarbeit
Your qualification
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, sowohl im Hinblick auf klassische als auch agile Vorgehensweisen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse als Scrum-Master (inkl. Zertifikat)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Moderation, Motivation und Teamentwicklung
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowohl intern als auch zum Kunden
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Zielgerichtete, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (In- und Ausland)
