FEV Polska Sp. z o.o. as a part of the FEV Group - an international research and development company - provides complete solutions in the field of drive systems, supporting leading vehicle manufacturers and other means of transport. We specialize in the comprehensive development of diesel, hybrid and electric drives. We develop software that controls the operation of the drive (engine, gearbox, batteries) and supports the driver (ADAS systems). We provide braking systems and software for testing drive systems. We actively participate in shaping the future of the automotive industry.

Your Tasks

  • Build and analyse advanced structural models using cutting-edge FEA tools such as Abaqus, HyperMesh, and ANSA.
  • Play a key role in shaping innovative ICE and electric powertrain technologies from concept through to production.
  • Work closely with experienced Product Design engineers to optimise and improve critical engine and powertrain components.
  • Collaborate directly with leading global automotive brands on next-generation powertrain solutions.

Your qualification

  • A master’s degree (or final year student) in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a similar field.
  • Passion for simulation, engineering analysis, and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Strong understanding of mechanics and thermodynamics principles.
  • Interest or experience in vehicle powertrain systems.
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity to explore, question, and improve designs.
  • Familiarity with FEA tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, or Ansys, and pre-processors like HyperMesh or ANSA is beneficial.
  • Confidence in communicating in English within an international, team-oriented environment.
