FEV Polska Sp. z o.o. as a part of the FEV Group - an international research and development company - provides complete solutions in the field of drive systems, supporting leading vehicle manufacturers and other means of transport. We specialize in the comprehensive development of diesel, hybrid and electric drives. We develop software that controls the operation of the drive (engine, gearbox, batteries) and supports the driver (ADAS systems). We provide braking systems and software for testing drive systems. We actively participate in shaping the future of the automotive industry.
Your Tasks
- Developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategies, initiatives to generate growth within Software Department
- Managing all aspects of the operation, including finance, sales, quality and human resources
- Working out effective solutions and processes to address FEV Polska needs
- Providing clear insight into Software Department topics focusing on key facts and enabling efficient decision taking
- Providing engineering expertise or partial participation in projects as technical or project leader
- Line management of a subordinate team
Your qualification
- Relevant management experience
- Automotive systems engineering background (cybersecurity experience highly preferred)
- Ability to develop a business strategy and its effective implementation
- Strong leadership approach combined with financial management skills
- Ability to drive results across teams and projects
- Proficiency in English
